I have been madly in love with an amazing guy for twenty-four years! I mentioned on one of my posts that AJ is a soon-to-be nominated saint. He is an all-around nice guy who is a lot of fun and who takes his responsibility to his family seriously while still managing to get in a laugh. Here is why I admire him so much: AJ worked two jobs while we were both in grad school, so that I could stay home and help my eldest daughter who was dreadfully ill at the time. He is the kinda guy who bakes cookies with our kids, does dishes, is just as happy watching Sense and Sensibility as watching a hockey game, and who is just … my hero!
